Wow! Its been at least five years since I posted on here.
Really I wasn't sure if google hadn't killed blogger.
This is my 29th year of sobriety.
During the last year I have lost one hundred pounds. I still have another hundred to go. I got the diabetes under control at so far. I am taking wegovy now. It is not working as well as I hoped. $350 dollars every four weeks. I may have to switch to Zepbound which is $450 every 4 weeks.
Hopefully I will post more later.
